Cloud Slouch

This Cloud Slouch, an updated version of the Treasure Slouch hat, is made of an eyelet pattern with heel stitch ribbed edge. A light and airy bulky yarn, like a wool or wool blend chainette, is recommended. The hat is worked more tightly than the average gauge of the yarn, so I suggest using a bulky yarn with a label gauge of 3.5 sts/inch. I used some Woolfolk Luft I had left over from making the lovely Turtle Dove sweater by Espace Tricot, which was absolutely perfect! It’s even lighter than the original Gold Rush version.
