Finished!
On December 31, 2019, about three hours before the stroke of midnight, I finished the 20-year sweater. I started this cable beauty in 1999 and abandoned it the same year until picking it up again in late 2017. The pattern is the Lady’s Tunic from A Collection of Arans by Sirdar (1995) and the yarn is Patons Pure Wool Aran. It weighs almost exactly 2 lbs and I could fit three arms in the sleeves, but who cares? It is warm and done!
